two jokes which tickled me pink, from www.talkingcock.com too.

Starting Young
One day, 4 babies were born at K.K. Hospital: a German, a Jewish, a Filipino and a Singaporean. However, someone mixed up the babies by mistake, and the nurses couldn't differentiate between them. However, the head sister had a bright idea. She lined the babies up in front of her and exclaimed, "Heil Hitler!"At hearing this, the German baby raised his arm in a salute, while the Jewish baby soiled his diapers. In the meantime, the Singaporean baby turned to the Filipino baby and said, "Clean that up!"

Can Die (Contributed by Setzer)
There was this case in a hospital's intensive care ward where patients always died in the same bed and always on Friday mornings, regardless of their medical conditions. This puzzled the doctors and some even thought that it had to do with the supernatural. So the doctors decided to go down to that particular ward to investigate the cause. Come Friday morning, everyone at the hospital ward nervously waited for the terrible phenomenon to occur again. Some held wooden crosses, prayer books and other holy objects to ward off evil.... As the time approached, their hearts began beating anxiously, and with every beat of the clock, everyone held their breath........ .... Then Ah Soh, the part-time Friday cleaner, came into the room and unplugged the life support system so that she could use the vacuum cleaner.

[hehe. both very funny!]

today i went to www.talkingcock.com again and found two jokes which i find quite amusing..

Ah Beng's Job Interview (Contributed by Wyman Lye)
Ah Beng went for a job interview for a sales job. When the manager saw Ah Beng's colourful attire, his mind screamed, "Not this man!!"
Nevertheless he still had to entertain Ah Beng. So he told Ah Beng, "If you can form a sentence using the words I give you, then I will give you a chance!"
"The words are "Green, Pink, Yellow, Blue, White, Purple, Black".
Ah Beng thought for a while and said "I heard the phone go green, green, and then I went to pink up the phone and said Yellow. Blue's that? White did you say? Aiyah, wrong number. Don't purplely disturb people and don't call Black, ok?"
Ah Beng got the job.

Ah Beng's Guide To Geographical Terminology (Contributed by Wyman Lye)
GORGES adj. stunningly beautiful
("That ger (girl) is gorges!")
BEACH noun. a derogatory term for a disliked woman
("That Bee Lian is such a beach, man!")
CORAL verb.
1. to bicker
("Want to coral, is it?")
2. [followed by reef]to argue with
("Want to coral reef me, is it?")
DAM noun. a swear word to express disgust or dismay
("Dam it, call her go Zouk, she doe wan.")
VALLEY adverb. extremely
("That Versachee belt, valley nice!")
THERMOMETER phrase. to meet the next day
("Cindy say thermometer at Taka.")
LATITUDE adjective. a disagreeable demeanour
(" She really got latitude problem man!")
CIRRUS adjective. certain
("Cirrus or not? Don' bluff!")
CANOPY phrase. impossible
("He bought new handphone? Canopy!")

there are some others which are equally funny, but i can't post them all up.. and some contain vulgar words. =x

today i went to a very funny website.. and found these two christmas carols:

Image Hosting Video Hosting

BAK CHOR MEE(sung to the tune of ‘Silver Bells’)
Last election, the rejection
Of a candidate’s form
Spawned a podcast
That made some
One pissed off
People laughing
At the whole thing
It caused smile after smile
And on every web browser you’d hear

Bak Chor Mee
Bak Chor Mee
But he found it damn unfunny
How dare they, they will pay
For making fun of Harry
Ol’ James Gomez
Was a whole mess
Major cockup was he
As an MPHe’d be but chopped liver
But over ter kua
They went too far
Our ruling party
Made a mincemeat
Of democracy

Bak Chor Mee
Bak Chor Mee
They can’t take jokes, it’s a pity
Bak Chor Mee
Bak Chor Mee
You’ll be dead meat, don’t play-play

GOLDEN TAPS(sung to the tune of ‘Silver Bells’)
Make donations, through the stations
Watch the actors do stunts
Faithfully we’ve been saving some kidneys
Then one summer, came a plumber
With a scandal to share
And on every street corner, we’d hear:

Chorus:
Golden taps, golden taps
Just why would anyone want them?
Golden taps, golden taps
Each one costs more than peanuts
It’s not okay, to get big pay
Out of a charity
And then try to defend it as peanuts
When you do this, it’s quite obvious
That all you will achieve
Is look like a big huge chimpanzee

ATHAN'S SISTER! no wonder it reminded me of someone, that sister. yea well i saw athan at church. after mass i went to say hello to him. actually i had a feeling i would see him.. so BINGO. wells. then after that i went home. and am here now. so bye bye readers!

[AFSB FAMILY DAY 2006]

[mummy and daddy]

[the reds.]

[queue up!]

[so SINGAPORE]

[NEVER too small to think big. i like this. inspirational.]

[chilli padi!]

[some cafe at the centre]

today i went to my father's company, [Air Force Supply Base-AFSB] 's family day. it was held at singapore discovery centre. well. i haven't been there for like, since i was 6 years old? ohh well. how sad. anyway. so i had a lot of fun but i'm very tired now. but i still decided to blog. breakfast and lunch was provided for us. but i'm a little disappointed; i had wished for the digital camera; it was a sony cybershot, as the third prize in the lucky draw. ohh well. we aren't fated. but the stageprogrammes were fun, i was called upstage by this guy, bolly bolly, who claimed his name was MUTHU, whatever. he came to me because when he asked whether anyone knew what he did for a living, i shouted:"CURRY!" so then he asked those questions, then asked me to sing a song, while he did the actions. so i sang the alphabet song. then he did those actions, then i sang fast;slow;fast;slow to make fun of him. har. nice. then after the cake-cutting and all[the cake was MAMMA-MIA nice!], we proceeded to the iWERKS theatre where we saw this 2-D movie about the brain and all. it's called Wired to Win. here's a write-up about the movie:

This exciting and beautiful film explores the amazing abilities of the human brain in all its complexity. Conveyed through the personal stories of world-class athletes competing in the legendary Tour de France, the film uses breathtaking giant screen footages combined with cutting-edge CGI and a dramatic narrative to capture the hearts and minds of audiences of all ages.

so well. then later we took this bus that took us around Singapore Armed Forces Trianing Institute[SAFTI]. then after the tour, we went back to sdc, where this tour guide, Rozi, took us on an introductory tour of the centre, which we saw the Merlion rapping and singing at the So Singapore theatre[a must see!], and Crisis Simulation Theatre[should see!], Enterprise Quest[not for me], and also a cultural dance station where you can learn kongfu, malay and indian dances! My favourite highlight was this On-Location Reporter, which allows you to choose from some topics to report.

[i've got nervous-ities. XD]

It was so nice and interesting, and shannon, that boy who acted as a in-station reporter really looked like you. it was a fun experience for me! and the souvenir shop wasn't really captivating. except for this tissue paper that they sell for $0.30 cents per pack, which has the words, CHOPE written on the cover. they explanation says that you can use it to "chop" places in hawker centres. haha. like i will. ohh well. teachers, can we go to singapore discovery centre now instead of the usual, expected SINGAPORE SCIENCE CENTRE? thank you.

hello again readers, i finally signed in after all that transferring. oh well. so. today i'm here to blog because of something i want to tell you that happened yesterday. well. so yesterday i went to yet ANOTHER chinese calligraphy class. there were lesser people yesterday, though. whatever. what i wanted to say is, i met this girl which would be primary ONE in sengkang primary school. whatever. my main point is, she then came up to my table and said the F word. that's right, not fish, not feel, but FUCK. a 7 year old girl who is saying FUCK and is proud of it. my gosh! my point is, young children these days tend to learn from their parents or whoever influences them, like maybe OLDER SISTERS/BROTHERS, or COUSINS, etc. at a tender age of seven, she should not use such vulgar words. so well. i hope she realises how much trouble she will be in after she goes into secondary school. but she's quite a clever girl though.

[how's this photo to start a blog post?]

today i went to the 9.45 am mass. then after mass, my family, without my grandpa today, went to ang mo kio bus interchange to take the bus service 24, to bring us to.. changi airtport! well. we went there to walk around. who knows, team singapore came back today! so being a damn kiasu singaporean, i went to join the crowd. so well. i was at terminal 1 then. and we went to the airplane viewing place before going to the arrival hall, and wow. it was raining heavily! the rain was so heavy you could not even see the airplane field! well. then so later we went to the arrival hall. there was a MAJOR crowd, sincerely. imagine if this is just team singapore. what will happen when s.h.e. comes? changi airport will be flooded. well so anyway. i've learnt many things today, much knowledge that i can use in life. so well. the end. haven't got much to blog about recently, as each day is similar in many ways. so i apologise if you keep seeing this post every time you visit my blog.

[christmas is just round the corner!]

[whoo this is some heavy rain!]

[this is very very artistic and i simply am proud of it.]

[this looks like some model photo, you know those architect sketch?]

[smile! this was taken by myself]

[yum. i can't wait to start eating.]

[the coffee bean! but i didn't buy any coffee today =] how sad.]

[that's ACS with their banner]

[a pic i managed to take. cool, huh?]

[they're coming out! cameras, standby!]

[welcome home sailors. victoria junior college.]

the end of my post. yay.

[famous saying of cheryl yeo pei wen] i have truly realised who are my real friends. to end this post, i can only say:

[this is called; nothing to do at the library. but it's nice. i like it.]

ohh well, readers. hello. today i woke up very very early to follow my mother to work. in the end, i went to the mini toons and bought soemthing which i really like. it was at heartland mall, by the way. so well. then after my mother finished work, which was about 1 pm, we ate our lunch at the hawker centre. then we went to hm 3rd floor, the sportslink, to buy my school shoes. that settled, we went to the bus stop opposite ntuc there to take 113, to our house bus stop, where we took bus 55 to go to JUNCTION 8. so at j8 i bought a cup of mocha ice blended from the coffee bean that cost $6.30.

[coffee bean coffee is nice.]

it's actually the same price as starbucks, but i think i like tcb better cos there are little sprinkles of mocha in it. mm then after that, with the coffee in one hand, we went up the escalator to the second floor. and well, because we passed by the NEW WORLD ORDER shop, i bought my seventh newbie tee. whoo. i was so happy. the colour is so nice. then later we went to the first floor, where i bought a pair of ripples slippers

[the pair of ripples slippers which i bought at $9.90]

which i find very very nice. then anyway. after that we went to bishan library which i borrowed five books.

[engrossed in a novel.]

[that's a multi-storey carpark.]

[the multi-stoerey carpark; zoomed in.]

[nothing else to take.]

hope i can finish them[the books] before they reach the due date.. well. so i guess that's it. anyway, fyi, this blog song[every move i make] was uploaded by me and it took me one day and a lot of frustration. so well. i'm quite depressed right now. i know what is bothering me but i don't wanna say it out loud here. shall go to a corner and hide.

i searched the internet and finally found the shopping mall[in malacca] that we went to on our last day, after the performance at the shopping mall [the salvation army charity drive] opposite. here it is:

Mahkota Parade 2 Lot G16 & EG1,
Ground Floor Mahkota Parade
No.1 Jalan Merdeka 75000 Melaka
(company-owned and operated)->they mean the coffee bean outlet.

so here i've compiled the places we've been to[in order of first to last]:
  1. KLCC
  2. Mid Valley Megamall
  3. Mahkota Parade

this is so cool. okay now it's mission accomplished. so bye for now, readers!

IT'S TUESDAY [my comp is lag.]
just now i was watching girls out loud[it's a cool show, really.] on tv, didn't really plan to switch on the computer since shannon is away at camp.. so well.. after girls out loud was a show nip/tuck which really freaked me out, since there was blood and gore and all.. so well. i came here bahs. before nip/tuck started showing, there was this advertisement, promoting the malaysia year end sale[yes]. it made me scream. why? because i was reminded that the shopping mall below the twin towers, that we went on the second day, the place where i cried.. was a shopping mall named KLCC. suria KLCC, actually. kuala lumpur community centre, i think. the best thing is, they advertised the shop that i bought my mp3 pouch, GIRLS!!!!!!!! which is like, so cool! it also showed the place where we went shopping on the third day, MID VALLEY MEGAMALL! that shopping mall is huge[north, south, east, west court; each the size of about hougang mall in compressed form] WOW. THAT IS TOTALLY SO FREAKINGLY COOL. i was like jumping on the bed and screaming my head off.. my gosh my gosh. this is cool. i still remember the revolving doors in mid valley megamall that aloysius got stuck in.. it's a pity i forgot the name of the mall we went to on the last day.. never mind i shall go and check the coffee bean receipt.. doopsie doop dooped.

♥{Siying!} 11:52 PM

me, cheryl and shannon are planning to go and watch a movie someday. this friday, probably.

movies watchable:

well. just hope we watch something i won't fall asleep with. and i guess we are going to golden village vivo city.. which means that will be my TENTH visit.. omgomg. that is totally crazy.

♥{Siying!} 1:05 AM

i went to youtube, out of boredom, and searched for "can you feel the love tonight". suddenly i like this song, after st gabriels' performed it at malaysia, the shopping mall, on the last day[remember?]

♥{Siying!} 1:01 AM

[i bought mai ya tang from food republic, level 3, vivo city. i'm posing with it outside the old sedan mostly used for marriages.]

[the view from third floor, vivo city. magnificent.]

[cherries totally rock my world.]

[grandpa and granddaughter. ]

today i went to church, the 9.45 am mass.. then after mass me, mummy, daddy and gong gong [maternal grandpa]went to ang mo kio central to eat our lunch at this restaurant serving hotel-style buffet that is just opposite the ang mo kio bus interchange. then because it was simply too nice, po po [maternal grandma] was asked to come down to join us. so she did. and just next to us, this table, the two elders were grandpa and grandma's old friend, and frankly their grandson look a little like dalvin, my finale[sing out] neighbour. he even had a pimple on his nose, just like dalvin. ohh, i don't know. ohh and this mango with corn pudding was so nice. and being a crazy cherry lover, i took all the cherries off the first pudding, and when they replenished it, i took all the cherries again. pooh. too bad. i'm faster than you, nananepoopoo. whatever. then after that we went to vivo city, it's my NINTH visit. and my grandma actually followed us, she normally doesn't.. but this was my first time going on a weekend , it's so crowded.. people squeeze people. and there was the star awards today,

[this way please.]

[st james power station, the building.]

[follow this sign to reach st james power station]

[the stage with the star awards 2006 logo]

at st james power station, which is just next to vivo city, so it's more people. then i bought my first HUGE cup of starbucks coffee[ mocha ice blended with whipped cream],

[starbucks coffee! my first big cup! that cost $6.70.]

it is omgomg so totally worth dying for.. simply too heavenly. i think i'm addicted to coffee now, ohh no. ahh. probably because of what happened in malaysia. is it possible? i dunnos. see you, readers!

[this picture is nice. me and emily. the sworn sisters. ]

[this is fine. ]

[haha shannon looks so doopy! ]

[me and meryl in our hotel room.]

[me and serena at the restaurant where we had our third day dinner.]

whee! i'm finally back from the choir trip, but i'm in a total foul mood now. tsk. don't know why. possibly because i'm very tired. okay anyway i shall just kill myself and just so damn blog. hmmph.

1st day
i bought two packets of bubblegum[grape and original] at yong peng, which cost 5 ringgit[about $2.50]
we arrived in Kuala Lumpur at about 3 pm plus, which upon arrival we checked into our hotel, Federal Hotel. our[me, kristle, meryl] room number was 539. our room shows a scenery of the petronas twin towers. shannon and mr yeo were next door. their room number is 540. then miss yee and mrs tan was at 541. hmm then i think we are the only [below 16 years old] girls in that whole floor. the whole walkway, our side, was filled with boys. kristle and meryl say they'd rather this than stay with all the girls. i'm fine with anything. then we had rehearsals at night which was okay. then it's good night sleep tight time.

2nd day
i woke up at 4.45 am. only to tie my hair and all and sit at the sofa, staring at the blinking lights on the twin towers. then i gave up and lay on the bed and took a short nap. then i went for breakfast and ying yian, zai ting and emily joined me. i ate cereal with chocolate milk. then later they left and shannon came in so he sat with me. then i went to get this fried rice which was awful, this hashbrown that was rock-hard. in total, yuck. then we chatted about some things and then after breakfast we went to emily's room and then when it was nearly 9 am we went to the second floor for rehearsal. that day being casual day, we could wear anything we wanted. we went SHOPPING!!!!! so after lunch we went to this shopping mall located just below the twin towers. then i spotted THE COFFEE BEAN so i told meryl i go and buy a cup while they went to this souvenir shop. so apparently i took too long and they PANG SEI me, and the thing is i do not know why but suddenly suet yee was with us, oh very nice, right. then they left me there and then i saw charlene they all then because meryl started walking fast so i went to charlene then charlene went down the escalator, where meryl they all were, and talked to them while i was still upstairs and guan ling was urging me to go down. then later i went down lor, then i refused to talk to meryl and kristle.. and apparently my emotions got hold of me and i just.. you know.. what a damn public display. well it wasn't nice at all. then then later kristle and meryl went off leaving me and suet yee, and suet yee also disappeared, so i was turning round and round and round and decided to go to the meeting point. before i could reach there i saw suet yee. then we headed towards the meeting point, but before we could reach, we saw kristle and meryl. it ain't fair, them getting away like this. then later when it was time we went to the meeting point and i boarded my bus. later shannon came out running with mr yeo carrying a PARKSON'S bag. well it was quite dangerous, lightning striking everywhere and the rain so heavy and the floor so slippery. but then after dinner, which i sat with melvin and aloysius and a few other people, it was really fun because they both were so funny. then after dinner i walked towards shannon, feeling a little uncomfortable and asked him to help me feel my forehead. he was having a headache too. so it turned out i was a little feverish and shannon told mrs tan and mrs tan said i should rest well. then so i die die want to go for rehearsal, still fine. went to bed at a normal time. conclusion: i always get feverish when i bawl.
i bought:

  1. pouch for my mp3[9.90 ringgit]

  2. a box of hershey's chocolates. [25.20 ringgit]

3rd day

okay. so today's fever was worse then yesterday, and it turned out shannon bought a NIKE jacket in PARKSON'S. so i had to borrow his jacket from him, quite a few times, so i wouldn't freeze to ice. a little pai seh though, but no choice, who else has clothing that fits me but shannon? oops. =] today was the day we had our choir exchange, whose voices are.. EXTROADINARY. totally so mesmerising. i noticed they keep smiling. so maybe that's the secret weapon.. the packed lunch was totally so AWFUL and almost inedible except for the egg.. i had to throw most of it away.

not feeling well+yucky food=waste of food and feeling worse

sigh. then later we boarded the bus, then we went to Mid Valley Megamall, where i bought these following items:

  1. Wallet[19.80 ringgit after 10% discount]

  2. Garfield soft toy!!![39.90 ringgit]

so nice. then well it was time to go back to the hotel. after a debrief, i went to BB plaza, near the hotel, with shannon, emily, athan, ying yian, zai ting, mrs tan, miao min and suet yee. then at 9+++pm i was feeling really horrible, like i'm gonna puke sometime, so we quickly headed back to the hotel. i could so damn just feel my face emitting "SMOKE". how horrible.

we had to wake up at 5.30 am the next morning.

4th day

today i woke up with a really bad flu. i packed my bag and all[actually i packed yesterday] and after breakfast with kristle and meryl we went back to the room where i took my luggage and went downstairs, ready to check out. so at 8[i think] AM we headed for malacca. before going to our performance place we went to this TAN KIM HOCK local products place which [surprise, surprise!] happens to be the place i went with my primary school on that malacca tour last year. which i heard the Parameswara and him naming Malacca malacca because he was siting under a malacca tree story again. i borrowed shannon's jacket again when we were in that TAN KIM HOCK place because the coach's aircon was too freezing. so THANK YOU VERY MUCH, SHANNON, FOR KEEPING THIS GIRL FROM PURE FREEZING. then we went to our performance place, this two storey shopping mall which had a "lot" of people. they are so mean shoppers, we presented many songs, even MUIE RENDERA, which our sing out 2006 viewers who paid $12 yet they didn't see MUIE RENDERA, yet at the shopping mall, there were so few people clapping.. i really feel so disappointed.. well but we are doing our part for charity by getting customers to visit the SALVATION ARMY'S booth.. it's still so sad.. anyway, after that we went to this place[i forgot the name] for lunch which was quite nice.. i sat with athan and some st. gabriels' boys and the tour guides while shannon sat with emily, ying yian, zai ting and miao min. then after eating we had time to go shopping, which i went with athan, sort of to spite some people.. well then i told athan if someone sees us together, she will FLOCK him after that. so well. we[athan and me] went to THE COFFEE BEAN after i looked at a stall selling slippers. we met kristle and meryl and bryan from st. gabs. and kristle caled out to me, and when i turned around, she was "whistling".. like, well.. then bryan told me to ignore them.. then later shannon and miao min came back from shopping for kevin.. and shannon got a water bottle for a christmas present.. then because shannon wanted some COFFEE and emily wanted some COFFEE too so athan ended up sharing with emily while i shared with shannon. so we pass here pass there.. then shannon said it was sort of like an indirect kiss.. which i must agree i guess.. since saliva touched saliva.. OMG. i just remembered i have a FLU... ohh pity pity shannon. let's hope you are fine. but we were really addicted to the coffee.. it's too nice. ohh there goes my FIRST indirect KISS. tata readers. see you soon. i'm too tired to blog anymore.

Describing myself in one paragraph
I'm a cam-whore freak who has a standard smile for photos. Think pearly teeth, wide grin.
I love journalism and cows.
That means I love expressing myself in words and dairy products.
Purple is my favourite colour.
Which means my eyes are specially focused to notice purple. I love dark purple.
Singing is my passion. Especially in the shower.
People say I have a lame sense of humour.
But I still like making people laugh.
I can be random at times.
For example, I can't draw for nuts.
I laugh at anything and everything.
*only applicable when I'm happy

I'm a perfectionist.
Oh, and I admit I'm a sensitive, stubborn and self-centered girl.
& I can be annoying at times too!
Hey, we all have flaws, alright.
Bitch about me, and you're dead.
I'll sit on you.
